Job summary

The Dealership Accountant role at a large progressive group requires a hands-on, analytical professional with strong dealership accounting experience. You will deliver timely management accounts, liaise with Finance Directors and drive cash flow improvements while supporting growth initiatives.

Candidates should be self-motivated, articulate and able to work as part of a high-performance team in a car dealership environment, with Kerridge/Pinnacle experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in dealership accounting and MI reporting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Hands-on, self-motivated and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts with detailed analysis.
• Collate and reconcile purchase and sales ledgers.
• Support profit optimisation through financial insights.
• Monitor project and capital expenditures and forecasts.
• Consolidate group budgets and conduct variance analysis.
• Undertake ad hoc financial investigations and projects.
