Dealer Support Manager (Customer Support/Service)

Circa GBP 40,000 Base + 10% Annual Bonus + Company Car + Fuel Card + Laptop + Phone + 26 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + 6% Employer and 4% Employee Pension + Broadband Contribution

Location: Midlands and North Territory

Working hours: 8am to 4.30pm, Monday to Thursday, and until 4pm on Friday

The Dealer Support Manager role is available in a world-leading materials handling company. This position is ideal for those seeking a role within a successful and collaborative management team, where you can positively impact relationships with dealerships.

Applicants should have experience in a similar role, managing accounts or customer relationships. Building and developing strong customer relationships is essential. A technical background is advantageous, but full training on the company's products and services will be provided.

The role is home-based, with travel across the Midlands and North to support dealers selling forklift trucks on behalf of the manufacturer. The main focus is to ensure clear communication, identify best practices, and implement process improvements.
