Location: Carlisle

Hours : Mon - Friday 8.30am to 5pm

Salary : to £27,500 per annum

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

Travel: This role will involve occasional travel to other depots, such as Edinburgh and Ayr, approximately once per month.

We're looking for a Dealer Administrator to join our team at our Carlisle depot. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for organisation, a great eye for detail, and a friendly, positive attitude.

What you will do

As a Dealer Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our busy workshop and dealership operations. Your daily tasks will be varied, and you'll be the go-to person for a range of admin support duties including:

  • Processing and managing vehicle and service documentation
  • Inputting payroll information, reconciling petty cash and general banking duties
  • Supporting service advisors and workshop managers with admin tasks
  • Updating and maintaining records accurately on our systems
  • Communicating with internal teams and external customers with professionalism and care
  • Ensuring compliance with company procedures and industry regulations
  • Supporting the team to keep everything running smoothly day-to-day
