Job summary

Grosvenor Casinos Northampton is seeking an experienced casino dealer to run live table games with energy and precision, ensuring fair play and memorable guest experiences. You’ll join a dynamic team in a fast-paced setting, delivering high service standards and maintaining focus under pressure.

The role requires proven dealer experience with a PFL, strong knowledge of table games, and a friendly, professional manner. Night and weekend shifts are common in our 24/7 casino environment.

• You’ll need proven experience as a dealer (hold a PFL), have excellent knowledge of table games and the ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
• A friendly, professional manner and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences are a must.
