Job Description:

A fantastic Finance - Tech business based internationally is looking for a client-focused individual for a primarily telephone, sales-based role. Working as part of the wider Business Development team, you will be responsible for all initial contact with clients. Although this is not a sales role, you must be comfortable talking about the company's products fluently as well as upselling where appropriate.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Professional Account Management of existing client accounts including handling queries.
  2. Assisting with sales generation on new products and promotions through upselling and passing on relevant leads to the sales team.
  3. Working with the wider team in order to meet targets and forecast potential sales.
  4. Assisting in gathering information from existing clients in order to grow the brand's range and reach.
  5. All other ad hoc responsibilities in line with the team's requirements.

This role is fully remote-based, though they will be opening an office in Birmingham City Centre soon, so candidates must be happy to come in in the future. This business boasts a lively working environment as well as a fun and passionate team. We are ideally looking for someone looking to progress within the business long-term.
