Job summary

James George Recruitment is recruiting for a Sales Support Administrator to join near Junction 21 of the M1. The role supports brokers, keeps deals moving and maintains the CRM and pipeline. You’ll chase documents, liaise with funders and clients, and handle day-to-day admin so brokers can focus on selling.

This is a non-target, support-heavy position ideal for detail-oriented administrators with prior asset or commercial finance exposure. Office-based UK role with solid earning potential.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communicator who builds good working relationships.
• Able to manage several deals at once and prioritise effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals and submit to funders for panel review.
• Chase clients for supporting documents like bank statements, accounts and ID.
• Follow up with funders on proposals, decisions and documentation.
• Keep the CRM and deal pipeline accurate and up to date.
• Be the main point of contact for clients and funders and communicate progress.
• Assist brokers with day-to-day administration so they can focus on selling.
