Job summary

Knightsbridge Commercial is seeking a Deal Executive for a 12 month fixed-term contract on the back of growth. The Bolton-based team operates nationally and prides itself on a pro-active, innovative approach to selling businesses.

You will handle client service, coordinate buyer flow, arrange meetings, liaise with solicitors, and support due diligence through to completion. With an uncapped commission structure and an OTE around £30,000–£35,000, the role offers a clear path to earnings as you

Responsibilities

• Ensure all clients receive exceptional levels of service.
• Follow the sales processes and manage the flow of potential buyers.
• Arrange meetings with Interested Parties and prepare clients for meetings.
• Liaise with solicitors and other professional advisers.
• Assist clients through due diligence to legal completion.
