Job summary

Knightsbridge Commercial, part of the K3 Advisory Group Ltd, is recruiting a Deal Executive to support its growing client base from the Bolton head office. You will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of UK buyers and sellers, working in a fast-paced environment that is energetic, supportive and rewarding.

No direct business transfer experience is required as full training will be provided; however, a proven sales track record in related sectors (estate agency, recruitment, or similar)

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales or similar roles.
• Experience in Estate Agency, Recruitment or similar is transferable.
• No direct experience in business transfer required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all clients receive exceptional service.
• Follow the sales processes and manage the flow of potential buyers.
• Arrange meetings with interested parties, set agendas and prepare clients.
• Liaise with solicitors.
• Assist clients through due diligence to completion.
