Our clients include some of the largest global ENR companies, both UK headquartered and inbound groups. Our work encompasses deal advisory support, international tax, and domestic tax advice. A successful candidate will have opportunities to work across these areas.
Our Deal Advisory Tax work includes advisory services across the entire deal spectrum, including vendor assistance, refinancing, due diligence, buy-side due diligence, and structuring. Our work often involves advice on multiple countries, taxes, and work streams, collaborating across the KPMG network.
