- National Markets: We operate across the UK with mid-market corporates and PE funds to invest in key UK sectors and grow local economies.
The team offers advisory services across the deal spectrum, including buy-side due diligence, structuring, sell-side vendor assistance, refinancing, and listing support. Deal sizes range from £10m to over £10bn, serving diverse clients and deals.
We assist clients in understanding historical tax issues and structuring transactions, focusing on maximizing value throughout the investment cycle. Our work often involves advice on multiple countries, taxes, and work streams, collaborating across the KPMG network.
