  • Asset Management: We serve Private Equity, Infrastructure, Renewable/Energy transition, and Real Estate Funds, plus institutional investors like Sovereign Wealth Funds and Pension Funds, with UK, European, and Global strategies.

Our Deal Advisory Tax team offers services across the deal spectrum, including buy-side due diligence, structuring, sell-side vendor assistance, refinancing, and listings. Deal sizes range from £10m to over £10bn, involving diverse clients and transactions.

We assist clients in understanding tax issues, structuring transactions, modeling tax considerations, and reflecting advice in legal documents, focusing on maximizing value throughout the investment cycle. Our work often involves multiple countries, taxes, and work streams.

  • Prepare and oversee detailed technical advice on UK and international tax issues.
  • Analyze tax-related documents/data, highlight key issues, and communicate their commercial impact.
  • Work with UK and overseas tax specialists, critically analyzing their input.
  • Stay updated on UK and OECD tax developments.
  • Understand financial models from a tax perspective.
  • Contribute to Deal Advisory Tax thought leadership.
