Job description

Join Capgemini as a DCX Energy Transition & Utilities (ET&U) Sector Growth Lead to drive the growth of our Public Sector business. Lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative digital projects in the UK Energy Transition & Utilities Sector.

Sitting within the Centre of Excellence (CoE) team of our Digital Customer Experience division in the UK, this key role involves shaping our digital growth in the ET&U Sector. Collaborate with senior leaders to expand our market relevance and footprint to over £100m.

Hybrid working: Your work location will vary between Company offices, client sites, and your home, depending on role and needs. Note that 100% remote work is not available.

Your role

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Sales Leadership: Guide clients in defining digital solutions aligned with their goals. Manage sales and delivery of digital projects, ensuring scalable solutions.
  2. Innovative Sales Solutions: Lead cross-functional teams in agile sales and delivery, focusing on customer-centric digital services and platforms, including content management, analytics, digital engagement, e-commerce, CRM, and custom web & mobile apps.
  3. Sales Mentorship and Growth: Coach team members, develop new sales opportunities, and collaborate with stakeholders.

Your skills and experience

  • Deep understanding of the Energy Transition & Utilities Sector and its challenges.
  • Knowledge of current trends and innovations in the energy sector.
  • Experience selling and delivering digital projects in the sector.
  • Familiarity with key customer experience technology providers like Salesforce, Adobe, Pega, ServiceNow, Microsoft, AWS, Google, and industry-specific solutions.
  • Proven ability to develop proposals, lead bids, and present pitches.
  • Experience with go-to-market strategies and sales planning.
  • Experience working with or within Tier-1 Global System Integrators, such as Capgemini.
  • Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders and partners.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with experience influencing C-level stakeholders.
