The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced DCS Engineer to lead the maintenance and development of Yokogawa Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and other essential plant-wide control systems. Youll play a key role in enhancing system performance, driving reliability, and supporting future upgrades and efficiency initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing, maintaining, and upgrading the Yokogawa DCS and other site-wide control systems
• Leading and delivering process and equipment upgrade projects
• Troubleshooting system issues and performing timely repairs
• Administering system access and ensuring logic control security
• Supporting auxiliary field systems such as turbine and emissions controls
• Keeping detailed records and backups of system modifications
• Collaborating with maintenance teams and contractors
• Evaluating and implementing system software updates
• Developing process monitoring tools to drive performance improvements

The Individual
Were looking for candidates who can demonstrate:

• Strong knowledge of control systems, especially Yokogawa Centum VP and Exaquantum
• Proficiency in PLCs, Siemens Simatic Step7, and industrial communication protocols
• Experience managing projects using Microsoft Project
• Familiarity with CMMS systems (ideally Q4) and proactive maintenance strategies
