Qualifications:
- Valuable university degree (BA or higher) and previous experience preferred.
Languages and technical knowledge:
- English is mandatory; Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Spanish are optional.
- Must be a strong team player capable of working in an intense, fast-paced, international environment.
This position requires a valid Mifid certification. If not certified, the candidate must obtain it upon joining.
Overview
About the role:
Originate, structure, and execute DCM transactions for Financial Institutions, focusing on the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, and Nordic region. Responsibilities include preparing presentations, market updates, client communication, visits, and transaction execution.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor markets, macro scenarios, interest rates, and secondary bonds.
- Produce Market Updates and new issue proposals, including levels, considerations, product, and timing recommendations.
- Maintain continuous dialogue with clients, promoting new issuance opportunities.
- Drive origination of commercial opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and identify new business.
- Support team in resolving internal issues.
- Coordinate with Research to leverage market insights and generate new product ideas.
- Anticipate market opportunities for specific issuers and products.
- Advise issuers on regulatory funding, funding plans, and capital market instruments.
- Work closely with Syndicate, Legal, and Risk departments.
- Organize marketing activities like roadshows and investor forums.
- Contribute to training analysts in the business area.
