Overview

My client is looking to hire a mid-senior level DCM lawyer on an interim basis for a minimum six months.

Responsibilities

• Advising originators and arrangers on cross-border structured finance transactions, including Asset-Backed Securitisation.
• Managing the documentation process (drafting or reviewing).
• Managing more junior lawyers and acting as the primary point of contact for the client.
• Transaction management, drafting, reviewing, negotiating documents, communicating with the client and other parties, and drafting and reviewing legal opinions.

Qualifications

• Experience advising originators and arrangers on cross-border structured finance transactions, including Asset-Backed Securitisation.
• Comfortable managing documentation (drafting or reviewing) and supervising junior lawyers.
• Familiar with the current regulatory environment, including securitisation regulation, prospectus regulation, listing requirements, etc.
