Job description

DCM Associate (1-4 PQE):

We are working with a US law firm, supporting the hiring efforts of their market-leading DCM team in the City of London office.

The practice advises on a broad range of cross border transactions, including investment grade and high yield bonds, convertibles, regulatory capital instruments, and liability management exercises. As an Associate, you’d work alongside highly regarded partners on complex, high value matters for a diverse and international client base.

You will have:

• A background and training from a leading City law firm.
• England & Wales or common-law qualification (1-4 PQE) with some post-qualified experience in Capital Markets
• MTN experience would be beneficial
