Reporting to our Day Care Lead and Therapy Business Manager, the successful candidate will support the inpatient and outpatient provision at Priory Roehampton, joining an experienced team.

The DBT Lead post holder will liaise with the inpatient team and day care therapy team to ensure clear transitions into the DBT Skills programme, overseeing assessment and pre-treatment process. The successful candidate will be part of the delivery of a highly specialist therapeutic service to those who require DBT intervention. There is a significant leadership aspect to the role, and the successful candidate will support the continued development and growth of the DBT service at Priory Hospital Roehampton. The post holder will ensure program fidelity and team member adherence by supporting colleagues in different modes of treatment. At the same time, supporting client’s progress tracking through outcome measures while liaising with primary therapists will be key for continuous and successful service development.

Desirable training: PGDip in DBT (British Isles DBT training)

The role is for 37 hours per week.
