You will be joining Deutsche Bank Management Consulting (DBMC), the bank’s in-house management consulting global function across London, Frankfurt, and Mumbai. Your Key Responsibilities

• Managing and supporting strategic projects, leveraging strategic and technical skills to drive value and change
• Supporting senior management in strategy design, team management, and stakeholder coordination
• Leading and developing a high-performing project team and promoting best practices
• Developing structures and frameworks for analysis and solution development
• Preparing decision-making documents for senior executives and the management board

Your Skills And Experience

• Significant experience in Tier1/Tier 2 management consulting or strategy/transformation teams within leading banks
• Knowledge of banking functions (Investment, Corporate, Operations, Transformation) is preferred
• Proven leadership in coaching and developing teams
• Track record of opportunity identification, strategy building, and change management at senior levels
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and influencing skills; proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred
