Additionally, we are involved in Contract Catering, supplying meals to local hospitals and airlines, and have investments in the healthcare industry, providing nurses and carers to local hospitals and geriatric homes.


As an Architect, you will spearhead the design, planning, and execution of innovative construction and architecture projects. This leadership role demands a deep understanding of client visions and the ability to translate them into viable architectural outcomes. By managing project timelines, budgets, and design teams, you ensure the seamless realization of high-calibre design projects. The Architect fosters a creative environment where technical skill meets innovative design thinking, delivering both functionality and aesthetic excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Design Oversight:
    • Lead strategic planning and conceptualization phases of major projects.
    • Guide the design process from sketches to final design approvals.
  • Coordination:
    • Oversee all project phases to ensure timely delivery within budget.
    • Implement protocols to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Client Relations and Communication:
    • regular updates and meetings.
    • Manage comprehensive client communications.
  • Technical:
    • Creation of technical drawings and innovative design solutions using advanced software tools.
    • Stay updated on technological advancements to keep the design process cutting-edge.
    • Utilize CAD, BIM, and 3D modelling software to create detailed drawings and visualizations that facilitate precise construction and innovative solutions.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Sustainability Advocacy:
    • Ensure all project designs comply with applicable regulations and environmental standards.
  • Quality Assurance and Site Management:
    • Conduct rigorous quality control assessments to ensure design integrity and adherence to specifications.
    • Visit project sites regularly to monitor progress and resolve on-site challenges efficiently.

Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

· Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design and project management.

· Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD, Revit, BIM, and other design software. Knowledge of sustainable design practices is a plus.

· Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
