What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering excellent customer service by processing a range of pension-related tasks including address changes, valuations, quotations, policy amendments, and more.
  • Responding to member queries across multiple communication channels within agreed SLA targets.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements.
  • Taking ownership of your personal development through training and continuous learning.
  • Identifying and escalating risks, complaints, and breaches in a timely manner.

What We’re Looking For

  • DB Pensions Administration experience.
  • Strong numeracy and data input skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with telephone and computer systems.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to support and coach others.
