First Recruitment Services Ltd. is recruiting a Warehouse Operative in East Grinstead. The role offers a stable Monday to Friday pattern, with a temporary-to-permanent opportunity and a pay of £12.71–£13.50 per hour.

You will handle goods in/out, packing, dispatch, and stock control in a supportive team environment. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail‑focused, and able to work methodically with strong organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• Good organisational skills and a methodical approach to work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Booking deliveries into stock and carrying out goods-in checks.
• Ensuring delivery paperwork matches received shipments.
• Allocating stock and storing products in the correct warehouse locations.
• Carrying out inventory and stock control checks.
• Preparing goods for dispatch and ensuring orders are packaged securely.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
• Supporting general warehouse duties as required.
