Job summary

Rubicon Recruitment Agency is seeking a Warehouse Operative in Verwood with an immediate start and a 8am-4pm Monday to Friday schedule. This temp-to-perm role offers a clear path to a permanent position within a supportive team and business.

You will pick, pack and despatch orders, receive goods, and maintain stock records on a Warehouse Management System. Training will be provided, with ongoing development including progression to a Senior Warehouse Operative.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, fulfilment or 3PL environment (desirable but not essential).
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System, Mintsoft (desirable).
• Forklift licence (counterbalance and/or reach) would be an advantage.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Picking, packing and despatching customer orders accurately and on time.
• Receiving, checking and putting away incoming goods.
• Replenishing pick locations from storage.
• Keeping accurate stock records on the Warehouse Management System.
• Supporting stock counts and keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe.
• Flagging any stock, quality or process issues to the Warehouse Manager.
