• Some kitchen experience would be great, but we're more interested in your attitude and approach to food.
• You might already be working as a Chef or Chef de Partie and seeking development.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to Boston standards.
• Work across different kitchen sections and keep your area organized.
• Follow food safety, allergen, and kitchen standards.
• Help with prep and get ready for busy service periods.
• Keep ingredients well‑managed and reduce waste.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and efficient.
• Support teammates when service gets busy.
