Job summary

Delifresh in Bradford is hiring a Warehouse Operative - Days to join our state-of-the-art facility. You will work 41.25 hours weekly, 06:00–15:00 over five days including Sundays, with Saturdays off.

You’ll check deliveries, rotate stock, and replenish picking lines to support on-time orders. We offer generous benefits: 28 days holiday (33 with service), enhanced maternity/paternity leave, an Employee Assistance Programme and staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar warehouse role recommended.
• FLT Licence desirable.
• Minimum lifting requirement up to 25kg.

Responsibilities

• Checking and taking in deliveries and ensuring the quality of the product delivered.
• Putting stock away in assigned locations and ensuring that stock is rotated in date order.
• Replenishing the picking lines to ensure readiness for our picking team to pick customer orders.
• Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy with a ‘clean as you go’ and ‘see it, sort it’ attitude.
• Getting to know our products and our passion for quality.
• Maintaining a good working knowledge of operational functions and opportunities for efficiencies.
• Working to our values, we see ourselves as ‘One Team’ – supporting other warehouse teammates and the wider operation as needed.
