We provide specialist care and support that is tailored to individual needs, promoting independence and community integration.This will be a part-time role. Working 40 hours per week, including alternative weekends.Additional overtime is also availableOur resident profile:Men and Women over the age of 18Individuals with a primary diagnosis of learning disabilityIndividuals with a secondary diagnosis of personality disorder or autismMay have communication challengesMay have associated complex needs
