Job Title: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Salary: Up to £54,000 + Health care, Excellent Pension Scheme, +many more.
Shift: Days only.

Synergi are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join one of the leading FMCG Manufacturers based in the Enfield area.This is an opportunity to join an exciting company.The successful Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer would be joining an experienced team with a vast amount of industry knowledge.

As a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will support the maintenance, repair, and continuous improvement of the production equipment and plant infrastructure.

The role is crucial to ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting production efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

• Ensure the highest level of health and safety is maintained at all times
• Drive continuous improvements in asset reliability and reduce losses
• Undertake: planned maintenance, condition-based monitoring, fault finding, route cause analysis and continuous improvement.

The Ideal background of a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

• FMCG/Food manufacturing experience essential
• Electrical Apprenticeship / Electrical Engineering Qualifications (17th/18th Edition wiring regulations, NVQ level 3 certified.)
• Knowledge and experience Fault finding with PLC's
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Desirable - IOSHH / Nebosh
