Qualifikationen

• Full UK / Irish Driving licence required; must have held licence for more than 2 years.

Aufgaben

• Mentor new colleagues during induction to support high-quality care delivery.
• Participate in supervision, observation and appraisal processes.
• Provide effective communication including accurate written reports.
• Follow WCL financial procedures.
• Assist people we support with personal care, daily activities and safeguarding as part of care delivery.
