Job summary

Milk Education is recruiting Teaching Assistants to support pupils across Primary Schools in Hartlepool on a day-to-day and part-time basis. You’ll work closely with class teachers to provide one-to-one and small group support, helping children build confidence and essential skills for their learning journey.

This role offers flexible days to fit around other commitments, with access to training, ongoing support from a dedicated consultant, and APSCo Compliance+ accredited safer recruitment

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare, Education or related subject (preferred), or equivalent practical experience.
• A positive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for supporting children's learning.
• Patience, adaptability and a calm approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Recent experience working within a school or educational setting (preferred).

Responsibilities
