What's the Role About?
As a Day-to-Day Supply Teacher, you'll be stepping into different classrooms across a variety of schools in Yeovil, bringing your passion and energy to a range of subjects and age groups. Whether you're covering for a teacher on leave, or just adding a bit of sparkle to the day, you'll help keep the learning going and the classroom buzzing with excitement!

What You'll Be Doing:

• Jumping into the action: Deliver fun and engaging lessons with the plans provided. Each day is a new adventure!

• Keeping things exciting: No two days are the same! You'll experience different classrooms, students, and school environments, making each day unique.

• Building positive vibes: Create a friendly, engaging atmosphere while helping students stay focused and excited about their learning.

• Being the hero: Whether it's managing behavior, supporting students, or providing a friendly face, you'll help make a difference every day.

• Keeping it safe: Ensure that students' safety and wellbeing are top priorities, following all safeguarding guidelines.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• A flexible, positive attitude with the ability to adapt quickly and make the most of every day

• Classroom management skills-you'll be able to keep things fun, friendly, and focused!

• A love for teaching and the ability to build rapport with students quickly

• Enhanced DBS check that is on the update service. (or willingness to obtain one)
