Job Title: Day to Day Primary Teaching Assistant

Location: Wiltshire

Teaching Personnel is seeking vibrant and dedicated individuals to support and stimulate pupils in well-respected educational settings. Candidates should be able to embed their knowledge and skills effectively.

Job roles & requirements:
  1. Experience working with children aged 4–11 years.
  2. Assist the class teacher in creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment that enables all children to reach their full potential.
  3. Participate in 1-1 and small group activities planned by the classroom teacher.
  4. Provide feedback on class activities to support lesson planning and learning opportunities.
  5. Maintain professionalism and friendliness towards children and staff.
  6. Use initiative when appropriate.
  7. Provide two references.
  8. Hold an enhanced child DBS on the update service or be willing to register for one.

All pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with potential for permanence in some cases.
