Role Overview:
As a Day-to-Day Primary Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work flexibly across a range of primary schools in Bradford. You will deliver high-quality teaching across different year groups, ensuring pupils continue their learning in the absence of their regular teacher. Our Guaranteed Work Scheme ensures you are paid whether or not you are placed in a school on a given day, providing job security.

Key Responsibilities:
Delivering pre-planned lessons to primary-aged pupils (EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2).
Creating a positive and effective learning environment in the absence of the regular class teacher.
Managing classroom behaviour and supporting students in their learning journey.
Following the individual school’s policies and safeguarding procedures.
Maintaining clear communication with Elevate Supply and school staff regarding your availability and feedback.
Ideal Candidate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential.
Experience working across different key stages (EYFS, KS1, and KS2) is desirable.
Flexible, adaptable, and able to quickly integrate into new school environments.
Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with pupils and staff.
