Join Our Team as a Libre conti days/warehouse operative - Witney, Oxfordshire
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (7am - 7pm)
Pay Rate: £15.29 per hour

We're looking for dedicated Manufacturing Technicians to join our team in Witney, where you'll help produce critical Strip and Sensor products used in both personal and medical diagnostics. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a highly regulated, supportive environment contributing to life-enhancing healthcare solutions.

Your Responsibilities
Operate & Monitor:
Run and oversee automated manufacturing equipment, including setup, line clearances, and routine operations
Ensure equipment functions efficiently and in line with detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Data & System Management:
Accurately enter and manage production data using HMI systems and software such as MacPac or POMS/EBR
Ensure timely, compliant, and accurate data input for inventory and batch control

Maintain Quality & Compliance:
Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization following 6S principles
Work in compliance with SOPs, COSHH regulations, and EHS assessments to maintain safety and product quality

Problem-Solving & Teamwork:
Identify and resolve minor equipment issues; escalate complex problems to engineering
Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and timely issue reporting

Safety & Continuous Learning:
Follow all training and procedural requirements, including reporting incidents or near misses
Stay informed and compliant with all relevant safety protocols and documentation

What We're Looking For
A sharp eye for detail and commitment to precision and compliance
Methodical approach with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
Comfort with machinery and basic IT systems
Proactive in resolving issues and improving processes
Strong communicator and effective team player
Health, safety, and quality-focused mindset

Previous manufacturing or regulated industry experience is a plus, but not essential
