Job summary

Winner Recruitment is seeking a Day Shift Warehouse Operative to support parcel dispatch and loading bay sorting. You'll use in-house systems to ensure accurate destinations and scan parcels with care to maintain condition.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available with start times between 5am and 9am. Weekly pay, on-site facilities, and a friendly on-site team support you as you contribute to fast-paced operations.

Qualifications

• Able to cope with physical work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliability and punctuality.

• Basic English communication skills.
• Ability to follow health and safety procedures.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse systems is beneficial.

• No criminal convictions; DBS check required before starting work.

Job description

Job Description: A day in the life of a DAY SHIFT Warehouse Operative will involve using in-house systems to ensure parcels are dispatched to the correct destinations. This includes scanning parcels accurately and sorting them into the correct loading bays ready for delivery.

Attention to detail and taking pride in your work are essential, as every colleague plays an important role in the parcel's journey to the customer. Parcels should be handled with care to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.

The warehouse has a welcoming and supportive environment, with management available to assist whenever needed. All colleagues work together with a collaborative approach to achieve the same goal.

FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE - start time between 5AM and 9AM based on business needs

Work location:

Pick up times are issued on daily basis.

Pay

• £12.71 per hour
