Qualifications

• IOSH (desirable but not essential).
• Experience in a transport or warehouse environment is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Warehouse Operatives and Loaders to deliver a smooth, efficient shift.
• Plan rotas, managing holidays, and keep everything running like clockwork.
• Support transport operations and ensuring driver compliance.
• Monitor performance, productivity, and safety standards.
• Drive quality, reducing mis-sorts and damages, and hitting key KPIs.
• Coach and develop your team to be their best.
• Keep the depot safe, secure, and compliant at all times.
• Manage people processes like onboarding, absence, and recognition.
