Job summary

RG Setsquare, Hampstead, London, is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join a leading facilities team within a prestigious NHS hospital. You will ensure mechanical systems operate safely, efficiently and reliably to support patient care.

You will design, install, maintain and manage HVAC, plumbing and medical gas systems, perform planned maintenance, uphold health and safety regulations, and work with multidisciplinary teams to deliver compliant engineering solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Proven experience in mechanical engineering within healthcare or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and medical gas systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, maintain, and manage mechanical systems across the hospital.
• Work on HVAC, plumbing, and medical gas systems.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and regular inspections.

Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm
