Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a Taunton site. You will maintain production equipment, respond to breakdowns and carry out preventative maintenance to keep machinery safe, reliable and operational.

The role demands hands-on fault-finding in electrical and mechanical systems within a fast-paced manufacturing setting, working a 4-shift pattern. A competitive £60,486 salary and shift allowance are on offer.

Qualifications

• Hands-on electrical fault-finding and maintenance experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Electrical qualification and skilled maintenance approach.
• Ability to perform electrical and mechanical fault-finding with pneumatics/hydraulics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production equipment and respond to breakdowns.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance to keep machinery safe and reliable.
• Work with Engineers, Operators and Team Leaders to minimise downtime.
• Contribute to continuous improvement on equipment reliability.
