Hilton Foods is seeking an experienced Machine Operator for the day shift in Huntingdon. You will operate machinery on a designated production line, ensure batches are cleared between runs, and confirm product specifications are available.

You will also support procedural improvements and training for line staff, while keeping a motivated team environment. The role involves a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern from 6am to 6pm, with competitive benefits and on-site parking.

Qualificações

• Experience operating machinery on a production line.
• Ability to read and understand product specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Operate machinery as required on the production line.
• Ensure all product/batch is cleared from the end of line before next batch.
• Understand product specifications and ensure specs are available.
• Support implementation and improvement of procedures to meet standards.
• Provide training recommendations for line operators.
• Maintain positive motivation of staff.
