Synergi Search & Select Limited is hiring an Electrical Maintenance Engineer (Days Only) for a manufacturing site in Northampton. This is a full-time role offering around £50,000 per year with overtime available.

You will join a multi-skilled maintenance team on a day shift (6:00am–6:00pm, 4 on/4 off) to perform Planned Preventative Maintenance, reactive repairs and fault finding on electrical equipment. The role requires a practical, hands-on engineer with good problem-solving skills and

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical maintenance on industrial plant.
• Ability to fault-find electrical faults.
• Willingness to work day shift on a 4-on/4-off pattern.
