Salary:$27.32 to $28.30 / hour, based on qualifications and experience; + $2,000 / year for verified, bilingual fluency in English and Spanish

This full-time role is central to the daily operations of our on-campus school, supporting classroom needs, helping manage student behavior, and promoting smooth transitions throughout the day.
The Day Shift Coordinator is a visible, supportive presence across the school day—offering behavioral support to staff and youth, monitoring program coverage and logistics, and helping to foster a safe, structured, and positive learning environment. This is an ideal position for someone with strong interpersonal skills who thrives in a fast-paced, youth-centered setting.
