Job description

Day Shift CNC Turner and a CNC Miller

Location: Near Fleet, Hampshire

Salary: up to £17 per hour plus 10% production bonus

We are looking for a skilled CNC Turner and a CNC Miller to join our client’s team.

Key Responsibilities:

• The basic hourly rate for the position would be around £17.00 per hour based on a 39 hour working week.
• Overtime available weekdays at 1.25 and Saturdays at 1.5.
• The standard working hours are 0800 to 1630 Monday to Thursday and 0800 to 15.30 on Fridays.
• A monthly production bonus is paid on all hours worked including overtime. This bonus normally works out at around 10%.
• Minimum Employee pension contribution is 4.7% without salary sacrifice and 5.88% with salary sacrifice.
• Employer pension contribution is 6.8%.
• There is also a death in service benefit of 1 x Salary.
