Job summary

Pertemps Bond is seeking an experienced Class 1 Driver (C+E) for day shifts in the Bedfordshire area. The role offers regular day work with up to 48 hours per week, primarily trunking and store deliveries for a well-known retail brand. Immediate starts after assessments.

You will operate Artic and Wag & Drag vehicles, perform vehicle checks, and maintain safety and professionalism on every shift. A valid licence, CPC, tachograph card, and knowledge of hours/WTD are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence.
• CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
• Wag & Drag experience highly desirable.
• Good knowledge of drivers' hours and WTD regulations.

Responsibilities

• Store deliveries and trunking work.
• Operating both Artic and Wag & Drag vehicles.
• Completing vehicle checks and paperwork.
• Maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.
