Job summary

Fego Esher is seeking a chef to join a busy kitchen where dishes are prepared from scratch using fresh ingredients. This day-only role requires weekend availability and the ability to cover busy services with forward planning and daily prep.

You will help with cooking, assembling dishes for guests as directed by the head chef, and running your own section while ensuring health and safety standards are met. Competitive pay, TRONC included, and performance bonuses are on offer.
