Job summary

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a flexible support worker for our day service in Reigate to help adults with learning disabilities, epilepsy and other complex needs participate in tailored activities. The role focuses on person-centred care and meaningful daytime opportunities.

You will work within a compassionate team, follow care plans, maintain privacy and dignity, support safeguarding, and be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with people who use the service, colleagues and professionals.
• Maintain privacy and dignity while attending to care needs as per the care plan.
• Be aware of safeguarding responsibilities and report concerns appropriately.
• Drive a manual transmission vehicle to meet service needs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with people who use the service and colleagues.
