In partnership with a well-respected, person centred charitable provider I am seeking a Day Service Manager to lead inclusive, person-centred day services for individuals with visual impairments and/or complex needs. This role focuses on promoting independence, well-being, and meaningful engagement through tailored activities and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the day service
  • Design and deliver activity programmes that reflect individual goals
  • Lead and support staff and volunteers
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety, and care standards
  • Build strong relationships with families, carers, and partner organisations
  • Oversee budgets and contribute to service development

About You

  • Qualified in health and social care, leadership, or service management
  • Experienced in supporting people with complex needs
  • Skilled in team leadership and person-centred planning
  • Strong communicator with a collaborative approach
