Witham Prospect School is looking to appoint Day Residential Support Workers who are enthusiastic, dedicated, caring and highly motivated to support children and young people who have Severe Learning Disabilities, Autism and Complex Care to achieve their full potential.
Day Residential Support Workers- working on average of 38.25 hours P/W
To work on a three-week rolling rota, with a combination of early shifts between the hours of(7am – 2.15pm, 7am- -3.30pm)and late shifts (1.15pm – 9.30pm).Your rota will include one full day for training every three weeks.
Pay Rate for Support Workers: £12.97 - £13.31per hour depending on your qualification.

We are situated on the outskirts of Norton Disney in Lincolnshire.
