We’re looking for a warm and welcoming Day Porter to join our dedicated Front Office team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and memorable experience for our guests from check-in to check-out. With rooms, a lively on-site restaurant and bar, and the unforgettable Faulty Towers Dining Experience, it’s a hub of energy, entertainment, and charm.

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts: early mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks such as frequent lifting and carrying (up to a specified weight), bending, and standing throughout your shift
  • Professional proficiency in English

  • Local discounts at gyms, dry cleaners, bowling, and restaurants
  • Early Pay - instantly access a portion of your earned wages
  • Shopping discounts across various brands and online retailers
  • Nursery Scheme (subject to eligibility)
  • Employee Assistance Programme, supported by Hospitality Action
