Harland Care Services Ltd is seeking a Day & Night Care Assistant to support a client at home who has MS. The role involves 1:1 care, monitoring health needs, and assisting with intermittent catheterisation and medication management. Full bespoke training will be provided, and a driving licence is preferred for home visits.

You will join a dedicated team delivering continuous care on a rota with day and night shifts, offering a stable ongoing contract and probation bonus on completion.

Formación

• Experience in home care or caring for clients with MS.
• Ability to manage intermittent catheterisation and medication.
• Knowledge of skin integrity and wound care.
• Full bespoke training will be provided.
• Excellent communication to build rapport with client and family.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1 care in the client’s home.
• Build rapport with client and family.
• Follow rota for day and night shifts.
• Assist with personal care, health monitoring and meds as directed.

Hours: Full-Time. 38 hours per week on a rota | Day and night shifts (6 Hour Day Shift, 12-hour Night Shift)

Harland Care Services Ltd is looking for a Day & Night Care Assistant to work in the client’s home, the successful candidates will be joining a team to care for our client, who has MS (Multiple sclerosis) and intermittent catheterisation.

About the role

Knowledge of the following would be benefical:MS,Intermittent catheterisation, skin integrity and medication management.Full Bespoke Training will be provided.

We are looking for someone who will build rapport with client and family,work in clients home providing 1:1 Care.
