We are looking for an experienced mechanically biased building services engineer to complement an existing team of engineers based at a prestigious modern commercial building at London Bridge. Working for one of the leading and progressive maintenance providers in the UK, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HVAC Technician to enhance their career within a friendly and secure environment just a few steps from the train station at London Bridge.

Position: Mechanical Building Services Technician

Location: London Bridge

Salary: £50,000

Benefits: Overtime Opportunities, 25 days Annual Leave, Pension

Candidates must have City & Guilds or NVQ mechanical qualifications and at least 5 years of hands-on experience in commercial building services maintenance. The role involves planned and reactive maintenance for landlord services, including Boilers, Chillers, AHUs, Fan Coil Units, Pumps, Hot & Cold Water Services, Sprinkler Systems, BMS operation, etc. Work is Monday to Friday, days only.
