Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is hiring a full-time Cleaner to join our 14Forty cleaning and facilities team at multiple venues. This role is contracted to 35 hours per week with pattern Mon-Fri days, delivering high standards of cleanliness and safety for clients and customers.

You will work alongside our facilities teams to dust, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces, restock supplies, and respond quickly to spills. We value reliability, attention to detail, and a flexible, hands-on approach.

• Hands-on approach in a cleaning role.
• Flexible approach to working; prior cleaning experience beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Work with cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic for clients and customers.
• Dust, sweep, polish, mop and vacuum designated areas to a high standard.
• Ensure surfaces, floors, windows and touchpoints are sanitised regularly.
• Perform additional cleaning duties as required, such as mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently.
• Empty and dispose of bin waste.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies.

We're currently recruiting a full time Cleaner to join our cleaning and facilities teams for 14Forty, contracted to 35 hours per week. As one of our dedicated Cleaners, you will help to deliver on our promise to always create the best and brightest experiences for our clients and customers. Here's an idea of what your shift patterns will be: Mon-Fri (Full Time Days)

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Working alongside our cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic for every client and customer
• Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard
• Ensuring surface areas, floors, windows, and other touchpoints are sanitised regularly
• Performing additional cleaning duties as and when required, such as mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently
• Emptying and disposing of bin waste
• Monitoring and re-stocking cleaning supplies.

Our ideal Cleaner will:

• Have brilliant organisational skills and attention to detail
• Enjoy working in a hands-on role
• Have had cleaning experience in a similar role, although this is not essential
• Have a flexible approach to working
