Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a part-time cleaner to join the 14Forty cleaning and facilities team. The role covers 15 hours per week with a mornings schedule as outlined. You’ll help maintain hygienic environments for clients and customers across our venues.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, hands-on and flexible, with prior cleaning experience preferred but not required. Join a leading facilities team and grow your career with Compass.

Responsibilities

• Work with cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments clean and safe for clients and customers.
• Dust, sweep, polish, mop and vacuum designated areas to a high standard.
• Ensure surfaces, floors, windows and touchpoints are sanitized regularly.
• Perform additional cleaning duties as required, such as quickly mopping spillages.
• Empty and dispose of bin waste.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies.

We're currently recruiting a part time Cleaner to join our cleaning and facilities teams for 14Forty, contracted to 15 hours per week. As one of our dedicated Cleaners, you will help to deliver on our promise to always create the best and brightest experiences for our clients and customers. If you're a committed Cleaner looking for a role you'll shine in, we've got the position for you.

Here’s an idea of what your shift pattern will be:

• Mon: Mornings
• Tues: Mornings
• Weds: Mornings
• Thurs: Mornings
• Fri: Mornings

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Working alongside our cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic for every client and customer
• Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard
• Ensuring surface areas, floors, windows, and other touchpoints are sanitised regularly
• Performing additional cleaning duties as and when required, such as mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently
• Emptying and disposing of bin waste
• Monitoring and re-stocking cleaning supplies.

Our ideal Cleaner will:

• Have brilliant organisational skills and attention to detail
• Enjoy working in a hands-on role
• Have had cleaning experience in a similar role, although this is not essential
• Have a flexible approach to working
